surprise!

toni, jay, kutz, sara, faj, gen, miggy, davie, mayn, sig, yek, hubs and sha surprised em last tuesday at her house with simple food, some gifts for the baby, lots of jokes, some words for em, et cetera. hubs planned everything from the meeting place and time down to the program. (yes, we had a program!) ☺

the gathering also served as a mini-reunion for the batch. it feels good to know that with illumina, although we are geographically separated for months while in our respective colleges, the next time we see our batchmates, it's as if time didn't pass. we are the same good friends who are there for one another. ☺
